SBCC completed an in-depth plenum and non-space inspection, and evaluation of the AFS complex. SBCC identified and validated non-plenum rated wiring deficiencies within plenum spaces, provided violation drawings, and drafted corrective action plans. The first project phase provided a detailed Finding & Recommendation Report that was the product of an in-field investigation within all elevated plenum floor space. The second phase turned the F&R report into a design evaluation with a detailed work statement, construction cost estimate, and programming documents to put into effect the recommendation of the F&R Report.
