Sharon Christ

Sharon Christ has run S&B Christ Consulting for over 8 years. She has over 19 years of experience as a Department of Defense scientific analyst and project manager, nine of which were as an active duty officer. Sharon has served in many roles, but distinguished herself as project manager for a $3 million annual project overseeing the testing of new military equipment from two countries.

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1998 in Operations Research and a Master of Science in Industrial Management and Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2002.

Sharon achieved the rank of Major in the Air Force prior to separating (separated prior to pinning on) and took a consultant job with a defense contractor as a scientific analyst. Her experience provides a unique perspective for Department of Defense (DoD) clients.

Sharon is extremely experienced in project management of technically challenging and high profile projects including test and evaluation, as well as advanced statistical analysis. Sharon has established a reputation as a team leader able to complete a project on-time and on-budget. Sharon has been highly sought by many clients for her expertise and cool head and has distinguished herself through continued superior execution.


Brian Christ, PE, CEM, LEED-AP, M/PACP

Brian Christ has over 18 years of progressive experience as a civil and environmental engineer, with nearly 7 years with the Department of Defense. Brian served for 5 1/2 years as an active duty officer and Bioenvironmental Engineer and Chief of Environmental Compliance in the Air Force, 1 1/2 years as a civil servant, and continues to serve as a Major in the Air Force Reserves.

After leaving the civil servant position, Brian accepted a consulting position as project manager for a civil engineering company. Brian's responsibilities quickly escalated resulting in management of two thirds of his department's projects, management of a $50 million sewer system design to serve two towns as well as many other engineering projects.

Brian is experienced with Civil 3D software and spoke at Autodesk University in 2007 and 2008 and has had two projects featured by Autodesk.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1999 in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2002 in Environmental Engineering.

As a consultant, he resolved several projects with budget and schedule deficiencies to the client's satisfaction and established himself as a capable and competent engineer. Brian is experienced in areas related to environmental engineering and civil engineering with particular expertise in water system and wastewater system engineering, including pipeline design and condition assessment.
